Confirmation & Deposit

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit and/or the room hire fee of $ is required, together with the completed booking confirmation form and signed terms and conditions. Bookings are classified as confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

Menu & beverages

Catering must be purchased for all guests at every event. Restaurant Menu and beverage selections must be chosen within 14 days prior to event date. Due to seasonal changes.our prices may vary and catering options are subject to variation. You will be notified ofchanges as soon as possible.

Allocated Time

All event bookings run for a maximum of 4 hours. Any additional time may incur additional staffing fees. Guests are expected to vacate the premises within 15 minutes of the bar closing. Access prior to the hired date may not be guaranteed.

Children & Minors

Minors defined as those under the age of 18 years of age must be in the company of a parent or guardian whilst on the premises. Minors are not permitted in the downstairs area at any time.

Event Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable less than 4 weeks before the event.

Final Numbers & Payments

Final guest numbers must be provided to the functions manager 14 days prior to the event. Payment of deposits and/or room hire fees must be made within 7 days prior to the event. Any outstanding charges will be actioned on the credit card supplied.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

In accordance with Liquor Licence laws & Responsible Service of Alcohol laws, FriscoHotel reserves the right to cease service to any customer showing signs of intoxication and they may be asked to vacate the premises.

Smoking & Drug Policy

No smoking is permitted on the premises, except in designated areas where food is not being consumed. Guests who do not comply will be asked to vacate the premises. This includes the use of all electronic cigarette devices.

Venue & Decorations

You are welcome to decorate the venue as you wish, excluding but not limited to the use of smoke machines, glitter, confetti or any items fixed to the hotel’s walls. Organisers & hosts are responsible for any damage or loss incurred to Frisco Hotel’s property, fixtures or fittings through their own actions, contractors or their guests’actions.

Noise & Neighbours

As we are in a residential neighbourhood, we ask all patrons to please respect our neighbours. Noise must be kept to a minimum from 9pm. This may include closing the balcony area after this time.
